Greece
Golden Visa

We specialize in assisting investors in obtaining a Golden Visa through real estate investments, granting them a permanent EU residence permit. The Greece Residency by Investment (Golden Visa) program, established in 2013, offers a streamlined pathway to residency with a minimum investment of €250,000 in real estate. Within just 3 months, investors and their families can obtain permanent residency status, providing visa-free access to all Schengen zone countries.

The Greece Residence by Investment program offers a range of benefits, including the opportunity to apply for Greece (EU) citizenship in the future. Permanent residency holders enjoy the freedom to live in Greece or their home country, with the flexibility to utilize the permit whenever needed. With its modern healthcare facilities, shopping options, pleasant climate, and English-taught educational institutions, Greece provides a high quality of life for investors and their families. Additionally, Greece serves as an ideal base for exploring Europe, with convenient flight connections and the same health and education rights as Greek nationals.

WHO QUALIFIES?

The Greece Golden Visa program offers permanent residency for the investor, their family members, and the potential for EU citizenship. This program provides long-term residency benefits and the opportunity to secure a legacy for future generations, making it an attractive option for investors seeking stability and opportunities within the European Union.

THE INVESTMENT

To obtain the Greece residency permit through the Golden Visa program, a minimum real estate investment of €250,000 is required.

This investment can be made in various types of properties, including land, off-plan, new, or resale properties, as long as the minimum value is met.

Joint ownership is possible for spouses with undivided ownership, while in other cases, each joint owner must invest at least €250,000. Ownership through a legal entity requires 100% ownership of the company shares.

Alternatively, individuals can qualify for the residency permit by owning a single property or multiple properties with a combined value exceeding €250,000.
